What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Develop reliable, secure, and high-performing systems capable of supporting growing business demands.
- Integrate with databases, third-party services, and external platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
- Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainability.

Requirements
- Strong commercial experience developing applications in Go (Golang).
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, software design principles, and distributed systems.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building reliable software.

Education and experience
- Minimum of a Diploma Level 5 in Software Development or a related field.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, cloud environments, or messaging technologies is considered an advantage.
