Service Response ELV Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Service Response Technician to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.

• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot technical issues for clients;
• Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime;
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems and escalate issues as necessary;
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions in the system;
• Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use of equipment and software.
  

Requirements

• Valid driving licence. Maltese or EU will be given preference;
• Comfortable to handle payments;
• Clean police conduct;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Ability to work on an on-call schedule;
• Candidates must be located in Malta with eligibility to work.

Education and experience
