Our client, an importer and supplier of various products to the hospitality industry, is currently looking for a Service and Installation Technician to join their growing team. Reporting to the Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include
- Conduct on-site installation of dosing pumps;
- Perform system tests and commissioning to ensure optimal functionality;
- Execute routine maintenance checks on dosing pump systems to identify and address potential issues;
- Implement repairs and replacements of faulty parts, ensuring minimal downtime for clients;
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations;
- Address customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions;
- Perform technical and electrical related tasks to dishwashing and laundry machines;
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all service and installation activities.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0730hrs - 1530hrs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repairs;
- Clean driving Licence;
- Knowledge of electrical systems;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent level of written and verbal English. Maltese is preferred;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
