One of our clients are looking for a Gas station attendant who will join their growing team
Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Manage the fuel pumps efficiently, dispensing the correct fuel type, and preventing long queues during rush hours.
- Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately at the pump or inside the shop.
- Monitor the forecourt for safety, ensuring engines are turned off, no smoking takes place, and fuel spills are cleaned up immediately using proper safety protocols.
- Provide basic vehicle assistance by checking and topping up tire air pressure.
- Operate car wash equipment or manually wash and clean vehicles to a high standard when customers request the service.
- Keep the retail shop running smoothly by receiving deliveries, rotating stock on the shelves, checking expiration dates.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the station.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate.
- Maltese as a language is an asset
- Basic mechanical familiarity.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing, walking, and lifting light-to-medium loads
