Maintenance Technician(Multi -Site)

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults in line with manufacturer procedures.
• Carry out servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and follow maintenance schedules.
• Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimise plant performance.
• Conduct daily pump checks and record readings.
• Report faults or issues that may cause major breakdowns.
• Keep plant rooms clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Maintain and repair RO systems, including pumps, filters, and piping.
• Assist with modifications, upgrades, and new installations as required.

Requirements

• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.

Education and experience

• Certification or relevant training in plant operations or maintenance would be considered an asset.
• Wireman License A or B would be considered an asset.
