We are seeking a skilled Machine and Maintenance Technician to oversee equipment reliability and facility maintenance. In this role, you will perform routine preventive maintenance, rapidly troubleshoot production line breakdowns, and ensure equipment installations run smoothly without interrupting operational targets.
Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment, facility systems, and installations in a manner that does not disrupt the production process.
- Respond promptly to equipment faults and emergency breakdowns to restore full operational capability.
- Conduct technical quality checks directly on the production line, especially on the PET Production.
- Check, set up, adjust, and maintain bottling and packaging equipment for continuous line performance.
- Oversee general facility, plant(hydraulic system, pumps etc.) and production machinery maintenance to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Hands-on expertise with industrial production equipment, mechanical setups, pneumatics, and electrical fault identification
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure during production breakdowns.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing safety protocols, quality control standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Experience on PET Machinery is an asset.
