We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves distributing automotive and marine lubricating oils (ranging from small boxes to large drums), assisting with stock management, and conducting offshore marine deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver automotive and marine lubricating oils to clients across Malta and Gozo.
- Manually handle and load/unload products, which include 12x1 cases, 3x5 cases, and heavy industrial drums of 209ltrs or 1,000ltrs.
- Assist with offshore marine lubricating deliveries via supply vessels, working alongside team members to ensure safe transfer.
- Conduct routine stock takes and ensure the yard and warehouse environment are kept organized, clean, and up to date.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, required documentation, and proof of delivery receipts.
- Perform basic pre- and post-shift vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to all clients and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Valid Maltese Category C license, OR a valid Maltese Category B license with a strong willingness to upgrade to a truck license.
- Forklift operator license or prior experience is highly considered an asset.
- Willingness to undergo trainings.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy loads safely.
- Good command of spoken and written English to handle documentation and client communication.
