Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Servicing & After Sales Manager to lead their HVAC after-sales and servicing operations. The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the service department, ensuring efficient coordination of technicians, high levels of customer satisfaction, and the successful delivery of maintenance and warranty services. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of the servicing business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC after-sales and servicing department.
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent after-sales support.
- Oversee preventative maintenance contracts, ensuring all service obligations are met.
- Manage warranty claims and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Plan and optimise service operations to maximise productivity and resource utilisation.
- Monitor departmental performance, service KPIs, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to expand service contracts and contribute to the growth of the servicing business.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing an after-sales, service, or maintenance department, preferably within the HVAC, mechanical, or building services industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing maintenance contracts and warranty processes.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Valid driving licence.
