Senior Business Development Manager

€50,000 - €65,000 Annually Full Time Experienced (3 years +) Hybrid

A great opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager role has arisen. The position plays a key role in delivering the company’s strategic commercial objectives by building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and prospects to drive acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by recommending solutions and services that add value to clients’ businesses.
  • Provide direction and support to direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective client engagement.
  • Liaise with other departments internally such as Product, Marketing, Sales Operations and Finance to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead qualification to billing.
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals to support long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor performance against targets and stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of local experience in Business Development, within the IT industry
  • Confident with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
