Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of products, developing new business opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer enquiries and direct messages across social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide valuable market insights to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of photography, including exposure, lighting, and composition, is considered a strong asset, particularly when advising customers on premium camera and photography equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident in preparing and delivering presentations tailored to customer needs.
- A good command of both spoken and written English and Maltese is required.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
