Our client, a leading company within the printing industry, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Research target markets to uncover new business prospects across specialised print, media, and packaging sectors.
- Build, clean, and manage centralised contact databases of key corporate buyers and purchasing managers.
- Initiate multi-channel outreach through direct messaging, phone calls, digital networking, and event engagement.
- Pitch technical manufacturing capabilities, service offerings, and custom production solutions to new contacts.
- Track lead activity, account notes, and engagement history within CRM and internal operational software platforms.
- Analyse domestic and international commercial trends across offset, digital, and custom material markets.
- Partner with senior account managers to target high-value industry verticals and coordinate pipeline goals.
- Prepare brief materials, account intelligence, and tailored sales decks for prospective partner meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional promotional campaigns and support executive leadership with strategic branding efforts.
- Maintain digital brand channels, company web pages, and public social accounts with current sales collateral.
- Distribute scheduled promotional materials and direct mail campaigns to prospective and existing clients.
- Curate a central media library featuring operational photography, video assets, and product samples.
- Handle logistical execution and promotional planning for trade expos, corporate exhibits, and industry events.
- Assist with ad-hoc commercial projects and administrative assignments as required by management.
Please note that this is an urgent vacancy with a short hiring timeline. As a result, we are currently seeking candidates already based in Malta who have the legal right to work without requiring a new work permit or a work permit transfer.
Requirements
- Proficiency in navigating CRM systems.
- Excellent level of English is a must.
Education and experience
- 1-2 years previous local experience in business development and sales.
