Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or related sectors.
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with substantial field experience will also be considered.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with the Maltese market and consumer behaviour.
