Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients and media agencies, serving as a key point of contact and strategic marketing consultant.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client goals and develop customized advertising solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Actively seek out new business prospects, cultivate sales opportunities, and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively from concept through execution.
- Stay informed about market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen client offerings.
- Track campaign performance, communicate results to clients, and propose optimizations to improve overall impact and return on investment.
- Lead commercial negotiations, secure agreements, and ensure contracts and related documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Work alongside the Finance/Accounts team to monitor client accounts and support adherence to agreed payment terms.
Salary structure: 25K-28K gross basic + commission + performance bonus based on KPIs
Requirements
- Previous local experience in a similar roles, B2B sales
- Experience within the media industry will be considered an asset
- Fluency in Maltese and English
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
