Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €35,000 Annually

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients and media agencies, serving as a key point of contact and strategic marketing consultant.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client goals and develop customized advertising solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Actively seek out new business prospects, cultivate sales opportunities, and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively from concept through execution.
  • Stay informed about market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen client offerings.
  • Track campaign performance, communicate results to clients, and propose optimizations to improve overall impact and return on investment.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, secure agreements, and ensure contracts and related documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.
  • Work alongside the Finance/Accounts team to monitor client accounts and support adherence to agreed payment terms.

Salary structure: 25K-28K gross basic + commission + performance bonus based on KPIs

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in a similar roles, B2B sales
  • Experience within the media industry will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
