Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients and media agencies, serving as a key point of contact and strategic marketing consultant.
Gain a thorough understanding of client goals and develop customized advertising solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Actively seek out new business prospects, cultivate sales opportunities, and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
Collaborate with creative, production, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively from concept through execution.
Stay informed about market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen client offerings.
Track campaign performance, communicate results to clients, and propose optimizations to improve overall impact and return on investment.
Lead commercial negotiations, secure agreements, and ensure contracts and related documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Work alongside the Finance/Accounts team to monitor client accounts and support adherence to agreed payment terms.
Salary structure: 25K-28K gross basic + commission + performance bonus based on KPIs
Requirements
Previous local experience in a similar roles, B2B sales
Experience within the media industry will be considered an asset
Fluency in Maltese and English
