Our Client, an HVAC Material Solutions company is looking for a Sales Executive Runner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support sales team with quotations, proposals, and client documentation
- Follow up on client enquiries, offers, and approvals
- Assist in generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities
- Visit client sites such as ironmongeries and HVAC installers for basic measurements, document delivery, and information gathering
- Coordinate between clients, technicians, and internal sales team
- Support scheduling of installations and service visits
- Act as point of contact for updates and basic enquiries
- Maintain regular client communication and support relationship building
- Assist with scheduling orders and deliveries
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity logs
- Mix of office and field-based work
- Frequent travel between clients, suppliers, and office
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Competitive base salary plus commission.
Requirements
- Must have proven local technical sales or HVAC experience preferred, training will be provided
- Must hold a valid Maltese driving licence
- Must hold an excellent level of written and verbal English
- Good communication and organisation skills
