Our client is looking to onboard a Sales & Customer Executive who will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients for life insurance products
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert opportunities into sales
Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
Prepare accurate quotations and ensure the correct completion of all new business documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal systems
Provide ongoing support to clients with policy updates, renewals, and servicing needs
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
Deliver continuous support to enhance client retention and encourage repeat business
Respond promptly to client queries via in-person meetings, phone, and email
Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain and strengthen relationships
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive referrals and long-term loyalty
Requirements
Proven sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing a sales-driven career - experience in insurance or financial services is an asset
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
