Relationship Manager

Up to €45,000 Annually Full Time Experienced (3 years +) Hybrid Closing in 16 days

Our client, a leading company within the payments industry, is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to monitor client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitor contractual commitments, deliverables, and service levels to ensure obligations are met.
  • Manage client meetings, document action items, and track progress to completion.
  • Handle client queries, issues, and escalations through to resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and promote relevant products or services.
  • Maintain client status reports and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate invoicing activities and support the timely resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Provide client feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Education and experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in client relationship, account management, or a similar role.
  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
