Our client, a leading company within the payments industry, is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to monitor client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor contractual commitments, deliverables, and service levels to ensure obligations are met.
- Manage client meetings, document action items, and track progress to completion.
- Handle client queries, issues, and escalations through to resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and promote relevant products or services.
- Maintain client status reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Coordinate invoicing activities and support the timely resolution of outstanding payments.
- Provide client feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Education and experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in client relationship, account management, or a similar role.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
