Our client is looking to recruit ma Regional Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Managing director the chosen candidate will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
  • Align branch performance with the company's strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the assigned region.
  • Monitor branch KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Managing Director, including operational updates, financial performance, and key business insights.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead and support business development initiatives across all branches.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to expansion strategies.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of company-wide sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and management meetings to review performance, set objectives, and address operational challenges.
  • Ensure consistent service standards, operational procedures, and customer experience across all branches.
  • Maintain the overall presentation, branding, and professional appearance of each branch in line with company standards.
  • Promote collaboration and the sharing of best practices between branches.
  • Oversee the allocation of client enquiries to ensure fairness, efficiency, and timely response.
  • Monitor client follow-up processes to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Handle and resolve escalated client complaints professionally, ensuring appropriate corrective action is taken.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all branches.
  • Oversee sales administration processes from reservation through to completion.
  • Attend and supervise meetings relating to Promise of Sale (POS) agreements and final deeds where required.
  • Ensure all company fees, commissions, and outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner.
  • Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with legal advisors, notaries, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives across all branches within the region.
  • Support onboarding, induction, training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.
  • Identify succession planning and talent development opportunities.
  • Manage employee relations matters in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Address workplace issues fairly and effectively while promoting a positive working environment.
  • Support staff engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure all branches operate in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in governance, operational controls, and risk management.
  • Assist with all due diligence requirements relating to property transactions and company operations.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Requirements

  • Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on management style.
  • Sound knowledge of sales operations, property transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent commercial and business development acumen.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role overseeing multiple branches or business units.
  • Experience within the real estate or property sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational performance, sales growth, and team development.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between branches.
