Online Sales Assistant

Our client within the retail industry is looking for an Online Sales Assistant to join their team. Your duties will be to: 

• Execute end-to-end fulfillment workflows, including picking, packing, and dispatching digital retail purchases.
• Process transactional order queues across internal digital commerce platforms.
• Coordinate inventory allocation, stock rebalancing, and inter-location product transfers.
• Generate, track, and audit supplier replenishment orders.
• Inspect, log, and stage inbound freight shipments while resolving intake discrepancies.
• Conduct continuous inventory cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse storage zones.
• Resolve customer service inquiries across digital channels regarding orders, shipments, and product details.
• Apply methodical problem-solving to sustain high output within a structured, on-site fulfillment setting.
• Navigate enterprise inventory databases, order management software, and general office productivity tools.
• Communicate technical and transactional updates.

Requirements

• Excellent level of English; both written and spoken, is a must.
• Basic proficiency in IT tools.

Education and experience

• Previous experience in sales is an asset.
