Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Key Account Manager for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our sales strategies and processes
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

Requirements
A minimum of two years' experience in sales within the FMCG industry is essential.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the FMCG industry
Excellent level of written and verbal English languages.
