Our client is looking to onboard a Junior Sales Office Executive to support the daily operations of the Sales Office, delivering a high-standard client experience while assisting with administrative, operational, and sales activities. Combining front-of-house reception with back-office insurance administration, this role offers hands-on exposure to grow technical expertise across both Life and Non-Life insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for office visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming service
- Direct client walk-ins, manage office flow during peak times, and answer general inquiries regarding products and procedures
- Assist clients with filling out forms and submitting documentation
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail and physical documents
- Provide administrative support for both Life and Non-Life insurance operations
- Prepare, process, and track policy documentation, quotes, and renewals
- Contact clients to follow up on pending documentation, renewal dates, and appointments
- Support Sales Executives in managing quote pipelines and client follow-ups
- Actively develop product knowledge to take on expanded insurance responsibilities over time
Requirements
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is for daily client interactions
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, office administration, sales, or financial services
- Prior insurance experience will be considered an advantage
- Confidence in dealing directly with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office tools/applications
