They are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive international growth.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Pipeline Generation: Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book qualified meetings for leadership.
Qualification & Discovery: Use MEDDIC / BANT frameworks to assess prospect AI readiness, architecture, and budgets.
End-to-End Support: Manage initial outreach, pre-sales activity, and support the transition to proposals and contracts.
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records in Dynamics 365 for precise pipeline forecasting.
Market Intelligence: Report on competitor positioning and emerging trends to the CCO.
Global Expansion: Support growth initiatives across Malta, Cyprus, and mainland Europe.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Requirements
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Copilot) or Databricks is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel to international offices or for training sessions.
Professional fluency in English is essential.
Education and Experience
Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years in BDR/SDR or Sales Development roles.
2+ years in Tech, Information, or Internet sectors; experience in SaaS or IT consulting is a plus.
