Business Development Representative

  Central Malta  |  Up to €50,000 Annually 

Our client is a leading Data & AI consultancy delivering 100+ projects globally. They specialise in the full data lifecycle, from strategy to AI implementation. 

They are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive international growth. 

The Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Pipeline Generation: Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book qualified meetings for leadership.
  • Qualification & Discovery: Use MEDDIC / BANT frameworks to assess prospect AI readiness, architecture, and budgets.
  • End-to-End Support: Manage initial outreach, pre-sales activity, and support the transition to proposals and contracts.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records in Dynamics 365 for precise pipeline forecasting.
  • Market Intelligence: Report on competitor positioning and emerging trends to the CCO.
  • Global Expansion: Support growth initiatives across Malta, Cyprus, and mainland Europe.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Copilot) or Databricks is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel to international offices or for training sessions.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in BDR/SDR or Sales Development roles.
  • 2+ years in Tech, Information, or Internet sectors; experience in SaaS or IT consulting is a plus.
