Our client is a leading Data & AI consultancy delivering 100+ projects globally. They specialise in the full data lifecycle, from strategy to AI implementation.
They are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive international growth.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Pipeline Generation: Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book qualified meetings for leadership.
- Qualification & Discovery: Use MEDDIC / BANT frameworks to assess prospect AI readiness, architecture, and budgets.
- End-to-End Support: Manage initial outreach, pre-sales activity, and support the transition to proposals and contracts.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records in Dynamics 365 for precise pipeline forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Report on competitor positioning and emerging trends to the CCO.
- Global Expansion: Support growth initiatives across Malta, Cyprus, and mainland Europe.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Requirements
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Copilot) or Databricks is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to international offices or for training sessions.
- Professional fluency in English is essential.

Education and experience
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years in BDR/SDR or Sales Development roles.
- 2+ years in Tech, Information, or Internet sectors; experience in SaaS or IT consulting is a plus.
