Our client is looking for a high-potential Account Executive who’s ready to take the next step. You might currently be in Business Development or Sales, already hitting targets, and eager for greater responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Proactively source and close new business through outbound outreach and inbound follow-ups
- Deliver compelling product demos and tailor conversations to financial decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- Partner closely with the Sales team and collaborate across the organisation
- Record all sales activity in the CRM and maintain accurate data for forecasting and reporting
- Develop long-term client relationships by understanding challenges and supporting their growth
- Continuously learn and adapt within a culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and resilience
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role (SDR or Junior AE), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong interest or background in fintech or financial products (e.g., FX, payments, virtual cards)
- Experience selling to or engaging with Finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Finance, Treasury teams)
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Comfort working in a remote-first, startup environment
- A growth-driven attitude — both personally and professionally
