Business Development Executive

Starting from €28,000 Annually Full Time Intermediate (1-3 years) Hybrid

The Business Development Executive's role predominantly revolves around Account Management as well as outbound sales activities including identifying and engaging prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, build and manage lead development pipelines to identify key contacts and stay up to date with market trends
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads
  • Manage meetings with prospective and existing customers
  • Understand industry pain points and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing and Graphic Design Teams to prepare presentations as required
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, professional and timely execution of the sales process
  • Track all activities and interactions in Pipedrive
  • Handle any other ad-hoc assigned duties that may be required from time to time to fulfill the business needs

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of local experience in business development and sales.
  • Candidates with experience within the IT or Telecoms industry will be given preference
  • Fluency in English and an additional language. Spanish fluency will be considered an asset
  • Able to travel to attend networking events abroad
  • Committed, charismatic and sales-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary structure: €28,000 gross basic + commission
