The Business Development Executive's role predominantly revolves around Account Management as well as outbound sales activities including identifying and engaging prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Research, build and manage lead development pipelines to identify key contacts and stay up to date with market trends
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads
- Manage meetings with prospective and existing customers
- Understand industry pain points and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing and Graphic Design Teams to prepare presentations as required
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, professional and timely execution of the sales process
- Track all activities and interactions in Pipedrive
- Handle any other ad-hoc assigned duties that may be required from time to time to fulfill the business needs
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of local experience in business development and sales.
- Candidates with experience within the IT or Telecoms industry will be given preference
- Fluency in English and an additional language. Spanish fluency will be considered an asset
- Able to travel to attend networking events abroad
- Committed, charismatic and sales-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary structure: €28,000 gross basic + commission
