B2B/ B2C Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic B2B/B2C Sales Representative to join a growing company and drive business growth through strategic client engagement and relationship management. This role is essential in expanding the company's market presence and delivering exceptional value to the clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and target potential business clients through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings and address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Maltese Category B or B1 driving license required.
  • Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven electrical industry experience is an asset.
