Assistant Sales Manager

An established supplier of commercial kitchens, industrial laundry, refrigeration, and flooring systems in Malta is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager. Supporting the Sales Manager, you will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate projects, and visit clients. AutoCAD experience is preferred for preparing kitchen and laundry layouts, but full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales pipelines, enquiries, quotes, and tender submissions. 
•  Conduct client visits, site surveys, and take installation measurements.  
• Prepare and amend project layouts using AutoCAD.  
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.  
• Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and identify upselling opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in sales, project coordination, engineering, or hospitality equipment is preferred.
• AutoCAD proficiency (or willingness to learn) and ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an asset.
• Valid EU Driving Licence B.
