We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Documentation Coordinator to lead a small documentation team and oversee critical operational documentation, process controls, and ERP system management. In this role, you will be responsible for setting team priorities, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking production programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high quality and full compliance in production operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight:

Manage the daily workflow of a small documentation team, set clear priorities, and monitor overall team effectiveness.

Documentation & Compliance Management:

Author, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operative Instructions.

Ensure all active regulations standard to the department are kept strictly up to date.

Create, review, and update production batch records.

Oversee Change Controls and Deviations, and actively follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Production Planning & ERP Management:

Track the production program to ensure execution plans remain up to date.

Monitor and execute production operations within the ERP system, ensuring all associated databases are maintained with high accuracy.

KPI Tracking & Reporting:

Mnitor, analyze, and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the department.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as the main liaison between documentation and key internal teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Research & Development (R&D).

Requirements

  • OR a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position (preferably within the chemical industry).
  • Strong background in production planning and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
