We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (MEP) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects from inception through to completion.
This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, managing stakeholders, resources, and project risks while driving performance across multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate design reviews and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
Project Delivery & Monitoring
- Lead and supervise the execution of MEP works on-site
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate project teams including engineers, site staff, and subcontractors
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with design drawings, local regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct quality inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities
- Manage project handover, including documentation and final acceptance procedures
Financial Management
- Monitor project costs and control expenditure in line with approved budgets
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices, variations, and claims
- Support contract negotiations, change orders, and commercial discussions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Project Management role within MEP or construction environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and subcontractors
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
