Our client is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple initiatives, leading teams and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team while ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from inception through to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and overall project performance.
- Research and implement innovative solutions and best practices where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience managing budgets, resources and project timelines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be already based in Malta.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Education and experience
- MQF level 6 or equivalent in either Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or similar
