Our client, pertaining to the industry of development and management of Real Estate, is currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities and Projects Coordinator (Construction) to join their team. Reporting to the Properties Manager, the ideal candidate will play a key role in the coordination and execution of building maintenance activities, property upgrades, and new development projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Properties Manager.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and service providers for both ongoing projects and new developments.
Assist with the office leasing process, including scheduling and conducting property viewings.
Plan, manage, and monitor scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks for properties.
Supervise contractors, maintenance teams, and security personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contract terms.
Prepare, update, and manage technical documentation and office layout plans.
Track contractor performance and ensure works are delivered to the required standard.
Maintain organized records for maintenance activities and project documentation.
Act as the point of contact for tenants, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Support tenant office fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments, and handovers.
Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
Respond quickly to building-related emergencies and manage follow-up actions.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 -16:30
Requirements
Previous experience in building maintenance and facility management.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and emergency procedures.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and documentation.
Knowledge of building safety standards, health regulations, and security protocols.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
A hands-on approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
