Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Projects Manager to oversee the finishing stages of our residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key works during the construction phase, ensuring that critical elements are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage and supervise finishing works, ensuring high standards of workmanship, compliance with specifications and agreed completion dates.
• Coordinate and liaise directly with main contractors, subcontractors and trades across the Group’s projects.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship and programme, ensuring that any shortcomings are promptly addressed.
• Liaise directly with clients during the finishing and handover stages, ensuring a high-quality finished product and client satisfaction.
• Prepare BOQs, trade cost estimates and Programmes of Works (POWs) as required.
• Measure and certify completed trade works and monitor progress against agreed programmes and deadlines.
• Monitor site conditions and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Undertake other project-related responsibilities as assigned by the Directors.

Skills & Experience

• The ideal candidate must be practical, highly organised and solutions-driven, with strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Applicants must have proven project management experience in finishing works, turnkey projects and/or the coordination of building trades, preferably within residential developments.
• The role requires a candidate who can confidently coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, interpret drawings and specifications, monitor workmanship and take ownership of projects through to successful completion and handover.
