Our Client, a well known Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Manufacturing Process Technology Manager to lead process improvements, technology transfers, and technical projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and improve pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, equipment performance, and production output.
- Manage product transfers, including process implementation, equipment assessments, and project coordination.
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvement projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and manufacturing records.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Support and develop technical team members.

Requirements
- Strong local experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in technology transfer, formulation, process engineering, and solid dosage manufacturing.
- Experience leading improvement projects and technical investigations.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
- Must hold an excellent level of verbal and written English.
