Are you a strategic, process-driven leader with a proven track record of driving change in complex operational environments? We are seeking a highly capable Business Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager to lead the end-to-end standardisation, redesign, and continuous improvement of core business processes across the company.
In this critical leadership position, you will act as the internal lead translating Business Process Re-engineering insights into practical, scalable, and measurable improvements across food manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, and corporate support functions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Process Redesign & Optimization: Lead the analysis, mapping (As-Is/To-Be), standardisation, and simplification of end-to-end processes across food production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, finance, and administration
- BPR Leadership: Act as the internal owner of the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) program, coordinating with external consultants and ensuring recommendations translate into execution
- Digital Transformation & Integration: Work closely with IT and operational functions to define workflow automation requirements, ensuring enterprise system design supports streamlined processes.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Break down departmental silos to drive seamless integration across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Stores, and IT.
- Roadmap & KPI Management: Build and maintain a prioritised transformation roadmap, establish baseline KPIs (measuring cost, waste, productivity, and stock control), and track measurable benefits realization.
- Change Management: Lead change readiness, stakeholder communication, training, and operational adoption across teams.
- Executive Governance: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process inventories, and provide regular progress, risk, and benefit reporting to Executive Management
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in business transformation, process analysis, continuous improvement, or program delivery.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, food production, FMCG, supply chain, or high-complexity operational environments.
- Experience with ERP implementations or major enterprise-level digital transformation programs.
- Commercial acumen, financial analysis, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to challenge established practices and lead cross-departmental change.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Project Management, or Change Management.
