Sales Manager

A well-established client of ours operating within the Advertising, Marketing & Communications business is looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning conversations into projects. You'll be responsible for developing new business across Malta & Gozo, and managing key client relationships, working closely with their production team in Gozo.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Meeting clients and understanding their requirements.
• Pitching our services to companies, agencies, architects, designers, event organisers and other commercial clients.
• Conducting site visits and surveys when required.
• Preparing quotations and proposals.
• Following opportunities through from first contact to project completion.
• Working closely with our design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
• Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel regularly between Gozo and Malta.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to go after new business.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on results.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confidence speaking with decision-makers and presenting solutions.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on results.
• Valid driving licence

Education and experience

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development is a must
• Existing relationships with agencies, corporate clients, developers, architects or event organisers would be a huge plus
• Experience handling larger commercial projects from enquiry through delivery is desired
