Retail Operations Manager (FMCG)

Our client is one of the leading retail operations in Malta. They would like to engage a Retail Operations Manager (FMCG)

The Role

• Drive operational performance across multiple convenience retail stores with a strong fresh food/beverage focus.
• Improve sales, profitability, productivity, and overall store performance.
• Ensure high standards of quality, availability, merchandising and waste management.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to maximise engagement and performance.
• Foster a people first culture built on accountability, integrity, respect, teamwork, trust, humility, and ownership.
• Maintain operational standards, compliance, and consistency across all store locations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
• Balance commercial objectives with effective leadership and employee development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail operations, area management, district management, or a similar multi-site leadership role.
• Significant food &/or beverage retail experience is essential
• Strong commercial awareness, operational discipline, leadership, integrity, accountability, and people development skills.
• High achievement drive, ownership mentality & resilience
