Marketing Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the GM & Group Marketing Manager, the chosen candidate will:

• Managing several hotel and F&B brands at once
• Ensuring each brand maintains its identity while staying aligned to overall strategy
• Overseeing marketing approvals and brand consistency across channels
• Building marketing plans aligned with revenue and growth targets
• Designing campaigns across digital, social, events, and on-premise channels
• Developing business cases for marketing initiatives (ROI thinking)
• Creating and managing content calendars
• Running social media strategies across major platforms
• Increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Coordinating both organic and paid content
• Tracking campaign performance against KPIs
• Measuring ROI, engagement, and conversions
• Reporting insights and optimizing campaigns based on data
• Working closely with operations, sales, ecommerce, and admin teams
• Aligning marketing activities with operational and revenue goals
• Ensuring smooth internal execution through structured processes
• Approving marketing materials across multiple brands
• Ensuring consistency across online and offline touchpoints
• Managing brand presence across campaigns and channels

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, with an agile and solutions-focused approach.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple brands, projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Education and experience

• Based in Malta with local experience.
• 5+ years in marketing management; hospitality experience preferred.
• Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and multi-brand project oversight.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
