We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to join a leading corporate services provider and multidisciplinary legal firm in Malta. Working closely with the core marketing team, you will drive multi-channel brand awareness, orchestrate digital and offline campaigns, oversee media creation, and assist in business development initiatives across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Business Growth: Support the planning and execution of promotional initiatives, corporate growth projects, and annual marketing strategies.
- Content Creation & Video Production: Produce, edit, and curate rich media (including video assets) for social platforms, digital advertising, email marketing, and web.
- Digital & Web Optimization: Oversee site content, drive search engine optimization (SEO), and enhance overall user experience (UX) on WordPress.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics: Track, measure, and present performance analytics for all marketing touchpoints while performing ongoing competitor and market research.
- Brand Governance & Asset Management: Maintain corporate brand consistency across all collateral, managing external vendors, suppliers, and digital media asset libraries.
- Events & PR Coordination: Help organize corporate events, sponsorships, internal brand communication, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Be fluent in English, with strong writing and editing abilities
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be proactive, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines

Education and experience
- Have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
- Hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Possess a good understanding of digital marketing, website management and SEO principles
- Have experience with WordPress, social media management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Have basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools, such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
