Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee multi-channel brand growth across web properties, paid channels, and organic social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Produce, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) featuring clinical staff, services, and facility operations.
• Develop dynamic content calendars that leverage platform trends while maintaining distinct brand tones across different service verticals.
• Build, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to convert traffic into active leads.
• Update web properties with fresh copy, promotional pages, and basic SEO optimizations to boost organic search visibility.
• Track analytics, reach, and performance metrics across all channels to continuously optimize campaign ROI.

Requirements

• Excellent level of written and spoken English and Maltese is a must.

Education and experience

• Practical experience in multi-channel social media management, short-form video editing, and basic graphic design.
• Direct experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and core SEO best practices.
