Commercial Assistant

Our client, a well established organisation within the healthcare sector, is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead while supporting the broader Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You will handle essential day to day administration and reporting to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Update and organise Excel files, templates, and key business data
• Keep customer, supplier, and product details accurate and up to date
• Prepare slides, meeting documents, and information packs
• Organise meetings and arrange supplier visits
• Assist with product launches, marketing promotions, and sales campaigns
• Gather details and notes for team meetings and business reviews
• Follow up on action points and work with different teams across the company

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:30/08:00 - 15:30/16:00

Requirements

• Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
• Must hold an excellent level of English.
• At least 2 years of experience in an admin role.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, good at organising your time, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales support or using CRM/ERP systems is a plus, but not essential.
