Brand Manager

Our client is looking to onboard a Brand Manager who will be responsible for driving the performance, visibility, and overall representation of the assigned brand across all retail locations. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing brand ambassadors, ensuring effective merchandising and marketing initiatives, and supporting the brand’s overall growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of assigned brands, delivering regular insights and reports to management
• Lead, mentor, and support Brand Ambassadors to ensure the achievement of sales targets and consistent adherence to brand standards
• Compile and submit accurate sales, stock, and performance reports in a timely manner
• Ensure all window displays are consistently aligned with brand guidelines and current promotional campaigns
• Plan and deliver engaging product training sessions for Brand Ambassadors and retail teams
• Create and circulate promotional materials and brand communications across relevant channels
• Manage product ordering processes, including reviewing and inputting orders to maintain optimal stock levels
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and brand activations
• Participate in meetings with management, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required
• Coordinate the development of marketing content for social media platforms
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong brand presence and compliance with merchandising standards
• Oversee in-store merchandising to ensure product displays are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
• Provide support for wholesale operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand objectives
• Organise and lead regular performance review meetings with Brand Ambassadors, ensuring clear communication of updates and objectives

Requirements

• Proficient in Maltese & English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a People Management role with exposure to Marketing 
• Experience in the Beauty industry would be considered a plus
• A valid driving license + personal car
• Relevant educational qualification
