Litigation Lawyer ( Civil Law)

Our clien, a reputable boutique law firm is looking for a Litigation Lawyer to focus on Civil matters 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of civil litigation cases from inception through to judgment and enforcement.
  • Draft and review judicial letters, sworn applications, replies, appeals, written submissions, and other court documentation.
  • Represent clients before the Maltese Courts, Tribunals, and relevant authorities.
  • Advise clients on property transactions, real estate disputes, leases, development agreements, and planning matters.
  • Handle disputes relating to ownership, boundary issues, easements, construction matters, and landlord-tenant conflicts.
  • Provide legal guidance on planning permits, regulatory compliance, and appeals before planning authorities.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, notaries, developers, government entities, and other stakeholders.
  • Support negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role

Education and experience

  • A Maltese warranted Lawyer
