Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join the team. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to be actively involved in several different areas of law, including but not limited to, corporate law, contract law, law regulating trusts and foundations, employment law and tax law. 

Duties include: 

•  corporate restructuring processes, mergers (both local as well as cross-border), acquisitions, redomiciliations
• drafting and reviewing agreements,
• setting-up and administering trusts and foundations application processes for licensed companie
• ongoing legal tasks depending on clients’ needs.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold local corporate law experience
• Candidates must ideally hold a legal warrant
• Local experience is required
