A client of ours specialised within the Financial and Corporate sectors, handling a various portfolio of clients, primarily within the iGaming, fintech and crypto space, is looking to onboard a Legal Associate to join their team of professionals:
Duties:
Manage assigned components of matters within agreed timelines, executing defined workstreams under supervision
Conduct legal analysis and apply sound reasoning to support projects
Draft agreements, memoranda, submissions, and advisory documents
Communicate directly with clients on specific aspects of matters, as delegated
Coordinate day-to-day work and provide guidance where and as required
Escalate any strategic issues appropriately and as required
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables
Requirements
3 to 4 years of relevant legal experience post Masters of Advocacy (University of Malta)
Clear analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior team members
Excellent vernal and written communication skills in English and in Maltese
Highly reliabe in managing deadlines and deliverables
