Lawyer

Our client is a boutique law firm who are looking for a Lawyer to join their team. If you are interested in corporate, M&A and commercial law, their could be an interesting opportunity for you

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A matters.
• Conduct legal research on a range of corporate and commercial issues.
• Draft legal opinions, agreements, and transactional documentation.
• Support the firm in handling strategic legal matters.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm on client engagements.
• Provide legal and commercial advisory support to clients.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified and Warranted Lawyer
• Excellent spoken English and Maltese
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• A desire to learn and grow
• Preference is given to candidates with 2-5 years of experience
