Responsibilities
Assist with corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A matters.
Conduct legal research on a range of corporate and commercial issues.
Draft legal opinions, agreements, and transactional documentation.
Support the firm in handling strategic legal matters.
Work closely with colleagues across the firm on client engagements.
Provide legal and commercial advisory support to clients.
Requirements
Fully Qualified and Warranted Lawyer
Excellent spoken English and Maltese
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
A desire to learn and grow
Preference is given to candidates with 2-5 years of experience
