FRONTEX Interim Senior Legal Assistant

Konnekt forms part of a consortium handling temporary employment for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, commonly known as Frontex, based in Warsaw, Poland. We are looking for a Poland-based Senior Legal Assistant to form part of the interim staff of FRONTEX who will provide support in specific areas. 

Interim Senior Legal Assistant

Senior Legal Assistant in ETIAS Central Unit Division/Data Management Office

To provide legal support in one or more of the following areas of EU law: 

• Personal data protection rules and regulations (e.g. General Data Protection Regulation). 
• Administrative law; 
• EU Law; 
• Public international law; 
• Case law; 
• Legal Research on these fields. 

To draft and review legal texts, which may include briefing notes, legal opinions, Implementing Rules, Director’s Decisions in relation to a variety of aspects of EU law.

Essential requirements:

• University degree in Law
• At least 3 years of work-experience performing tasks as described above
• Very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Very good command of both spoken and written English (at least C1)

Advantageous criteria:

• Experience and ability to draft clear and concise legal documents;
• Expertise in the European public or administrative law.
• Knowledge of additional EU language.

• high responsibility and ability to take initiative;

• Ability to work under pressure and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly;
