Our client is seeking to recruit a Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer.
Duties include:
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, commercially focused advice on complex legal issues.
- Represent clients in court, tribunals, mediations, arbitrations, negotiations, and other dispute-resolution processes.

Requirements
- A warranted lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- A strong academic background and demonstrated foundation in civil and commercial law and litigation
- Experience in real estate, planning and development, and/or private international law will be considered an asset.
- Performing effectively within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
