Our client is seeking to recruit an Insurance Executive who will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing client relationships, and support the growth of high-margin niche segments.
Duties include:
- Dealing with customers by responding to queries and explaining products and services.
- Obtaining, handling, and processing of customer documentation.
- Issuing of quotations, policies, and renewals for various insurance products.
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships to increase retention and cross- selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to identify and acquire new clients.
- Conduct structured client reviews and identify coverage gaps.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance brokerage or related financial services.
- The ability to handle various customer types.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills in English & Maltese.
- Local experience is a must
