Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance sector, is seeking Insurance Associates of all experience levels to join their Personal and Health departments
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing guidance on insurance-related matters.
- Assist clients with insurance queries, including policy details, claims processes, and coverage options.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required, supporting the overall Insurance operation.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
- The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
- Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care related discipline would be considered an asset
