Our client, a leading Insurance Company in Malta is looking to recruit a Health Insurance Associate to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities :
- Provide customer support and assistance to existing clients.
- Contribute to growing and expanding the customer base.
- Assist with medical underwriting processes.
- Handle payment processing and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Interest in health insurance and medical-related matters.
- Previous insurance experience or relevant qualifications are an asset but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
