General Manager - Insurance

Our client, who operates a licensed captive insurance would like to engage a General Manager. This is a top management role reporting directly to the Board 

The Role 

• Handle the day to day operations of the Captive 
• Liaise with the Reinsurers on the agreements 
• Conduct Insurance Risk Assessments 
• Travel (not often) to related companies in various European countries to conduct Insurance Risk Assessments 
• Handle third party relationships like Brokers 
• Sit on various committees 

 

Requirements

• Previous solid experience in a similar role
• Able to handle deadline
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• A good leader

Education and experience
