Our client, a leading Insurance company is looking to recruit a Commercial Insuruance Officer to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities :
Gather and assess customers’ insurance needs
Recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to clients’ requirements
Guide customers through purchasing decisions with professional advice
Ensure clients fully understand their insurance cover and terms
Prepare and manage all related insurance documentation
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
Good IT skills, including practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Previous experience in the insurance industry or in a customer service-related role, which would be considered an advantage
