Our client, a leading Insurance company is looking to recruit a Commercial Insuruance Officer to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities :
- Gather and assess customers’ insurance needs
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to clients’ requirements
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions with professional advice
- Ensure clients fully understand their insurance cover and terms
- Prepare and manage all related insurance documentation
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Good IT skills, including practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience in the Local insurance industry or in a customer service-related role, which would be considered an advantage
